SOUND DAMPENING PAN

Removal & Installation

1. Unscrew two hex nuts and six combination hex bolts. See

Fig. 33

2. Unhook locking lever.

Swing down dampening pan and unhook at brackets.

4. To install, reverse removal

rocedures. See

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

NOTE: On vehicles with automatic transmission or air conditioner, dampening

material must be removed according to perforation. See Fig. 34
